Preparation and curing Weigh in order and mix well. It was cured at a pressure of 0.05 MPa and 20°C for 24 hours.

Use This glue is used at the normal temperature for trapping and bonding oil surfaces such as oil barrels.

SGA-2 glue

Preparation and curing 75 seconds under the weight of the adhesive curing. One piece of steel plate was coated with a 0.25 mm thick glue of component A and a 0.0125 mm thick component of B was coated on the other grate plate and cured after 60-75 seconds after the pairing.

Uses Adhesives that adhere to the surfaces of oils.

Oil-resistant adhesive

Preparation The above mixture was impregnated with carbon fiber, laminated into a 1 mm thick adhesive board, and this board was bonded to a steel plate to make a laminated composite material.

Use The adhesive has good adhesion on the surface containing oil. Used to impregnate fibers to make laminated composites.

Preparation and curing
After stirring at 50° C. for 10 h, 12 parts of acrylic acid were added and reacted at 55° C. for 9 h to obtain 3 Pa.s light yellow mixed ester. The groups A and B were coated on two test pieces, respectively, and they were laminated after 30s and cured at room temperature.

Use The glue is used for oil surface metal bonding.

SGA-7 Adhesive

Prepare and cure steel sheets and cure for 20-25 minutes.

Preparation and curing The two groups A and B were coated on two test strips respectively, and they were superimposed after 30 seconds. The maximum strength was achieved after 24 hours.

9# Acrylic Adhesive

Preparation and curing A, B components were applied to the two tests, after 1min adhesion, and then placed 24h curing.

J-7-2 cold sticky and oil proof glue

Preparation and Curing After mixing the two components A and B, apply 3 flashes, 20 minutes apart, and 70 minutes at the end. It is then rolled and vulcanized (or at 143°C) for 7-10 min at room temperature.

Use The glue has good oil resistance and is mainly used for bonding oil-resistant rubber products.

Oil-resistant and heat-resistant silicone rubber adhesive

Preparation Mix A and apply on steel plate, then mix with B mixture, and press the steel plate at 170°C for 10 minutes, it can be firmly bonded and has excellent oil resistance and heat resistance.
